1. Who can join

The OfferConverter AI affiliate program is operated by EProducts Empire. You may join if you hold an OfferConverter AI account in good standing, you are at least 18 years old, and you can lawfully receive payment in your country. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of EProducts Empire and may be withdrawn at any time.

You participate as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, partner, agent or representative of EProducts Empire, and you may not sign anything, make any promise, or hold yourself out as speaking for the company. You are responsible for your own taxes, filings and business licences. Affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year and subject to US tax reporting must provide a completed W-9 (or W-8BEN where applicable) before payment is released.

2. Commission rate

You earn 20% of the net amount actually collected on each successful payment made by a customer you referred. "Net amount actually collected" means the amount that cleared, after discounts, coupons, credits, taxes, currency conversion and payment-processing deductions. Commission is never calculated on list price.

Commission is recurring. As long as your referred customer keeps paying and both accounts stay active, you keep earning 20% of every renewal, on every plan they hold, including upgrades. If they downgrade, your commission follows the new lower amount from that payment forward.

3. The two active-account rules

Rule one: your own OfferConverter AI account and your affiliate account must both be active and in good standing on the date a payment settles. If your account is cancelled, suspended, expired, or in unpaid status when your referral pays, no commission is created for that payment, and it cannot be recovered later.

Rule two: the referred customer's subscription must be active at the moment their payment settles. Cancelled, refunded, disputed and lapsed accounts do not generate commission.

These two rules are applied automatically by the system. Commission is calculated only when both conditions are true.

4. Tracking and attribution

Your referral link sets a 60-day tracking record in the visitor's browser. If they create an account within that window, the referral is permanently attached to their account and cannot be moved, transferred or reassigned afterwards.

Attribution is last-click: if a visitor clicks another affiliate's link after yours and signs up inside that affiliate's window, the later link wins. Tracking can fail for reasons outside anyone's control, including cleared browsing data, private browsing, ad blockers, and switching devices. Lost tracking cannot be recovered or credited manually.

Referrals are only counted through the official link issued to you in your dashboard. Links you build yourself, shortened links that strip the code, or codes shared verbally will not track.

5. Holding period, approval and reversals

Every commission is recorded as pending and held for 30 days to cover the refund and chargeback window. After the hold clears and the referral is still active, the commission is approved and enters the next payout run.

A commission is reversed in full if the underlying payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, reversed by the bank, or found to be fraudulent, and if the referral is later found to breach these terms. Reversed commissions are deducted from your next payout, and if no future payout exists, the balance becomes repayable to EProducts Empire.

6. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid automatically through Stripe Connect, in arrears, once your approved balance reaches the $50 minimum. Balances below the minimum roll forward until they are met. Payouts are made in US dollars to the Stripe payout account you connect and verify.

You are responsible for keeping your payout details correct. Payments sent to an incorrect or unclaimed address that you supplied are not re-issued. Balances on accounts that have been inactive for twelve consecutive months, or that were terminated for breach, are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Self-referral and related accounts

You may not use your own link to buy your own subscription, and you may not refer accounts you control, accounts belonging to your household, duplicate accounts, or accounts created solely to generate commission. Any commission earned this way is void and will be reversed, and the account may be terminated without payment.

You may refer your own clients and buy on their behalf, provided the account genuinely belongs to a separate business you do not own.

8. Promotion rules

Permitted: your website, blog, newsletter, YouTube, podcast, courses, communities you own or have permission to post in, organic social, and paid ads to your own landing pages.

Prohibited: bidding on "OfferConverter", "OfferConverter AI", EProducts Empire, "Brittany Johnson", or any misspelling or variation of them in paid search; direct-linking paid ads to offerconverter.ai; unsolicited email, SMS or DM spam; posting in groups against their rules; coupon, deal, cashback and loyalty sites; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders or auto-redirects; browser extensions and toolbars; incentivised sign-ups; buying traffic from bot or click-farm sources.

Also prohibited: registering domains, social handles, app names or email addresses containing our brand name; impersonating the company or its staff; copying our website; and running any advertising that a reasonable person could mistake for an official company communication.

9. Claims, disclosure and compliance

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission, close to the link, in plain language, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and every equivalent law that applies to you. "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" is sufficient.

You must never promise income, results, rankings, revenue, or guaranteed outcomes. You must not fabricate testimonials, results, screenshots or scarcity. You must not state or imply that the platform is a business-in-a-box, a guaranteed system, or endorsed by any third party. Any statistic you quote must be one you can substantiate yourself.

You are solely liable for everything you publish. You indemnify EProducts Empire, Brittany Johnson, and their officers, contractors and affiliates against every claim, penalty, loss and legal cost arising from your promotional activity or your breach of these terms.

10. Brand use

You may use our name and the official logo files, unaltered, to link to us. You may not change the colours, proportions, wording or lockup, and you may not use our brand in any way that implies partnership, employment, certification, sponsorship or ownership. This licence ends the moment your participation ends, and you must remove all brand assets and links promptly.

11. Suspension and termination

Either side may end participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. EProducts Empire may suspend an account and hold payouts while an investigation is open, and may withhold or claw back any commission connected to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or breach of these terms.

On termination you lose the right to all pending and unpaid commissions if the termination was for breach, fraud or abuse. In all other cases, approved commissions already past their holding period are paid on the next scheduled payout.

12. Changes, limits and law

EProducts Empire may change the commission rate, holding period, payout minimum, tracking window, or any other program term at any time by updating this page. Changes apply to commissions created after the change; commissions already recorded keep the rate in effect when they were created. Continued participation after a change is acceptance of it.

The program's records are the authoritative source for clicks, referrals, commissions and payouts. Total liability to any affiliate for any claim is limited to the approved, unpaid commission balance on their account. These terms are governed by the law and courts stated in the Legal Notices, and they incorporate the Legal Notices and Terms of Service in full.
