Using the platform
You may use OfferConverter AI to build and publish conversion assets for offers you are authorized to sell. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims you publish.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed on a recurring basis and include plan-specific limits for conversion systems, brand kits, contacts, and AI credits.
AI-generated content
AI outputs are drafts and strategic assessments, not guarantees of performance or objective measurements. You own the content generated in your workspace and are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
Acceptable use
No unlawful offers, deceptive claims, unsolicited messaging, or content that violates the rights of others.
Third-party integrations
Payments, email sending, webinars, calendars, and tracking rely on providers you connect. Their terms apply to their services.
Termination
You may cancel at any time and export your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
