Terms of Service
Effective 1 January 2026, updated 11 October 2026 (version 2026-10). This page is a plain-English summary. The full legal agreement is the binding version, and it governs if anything here reads differently.
Using the platform
You may use OfferConverter AI to build and publish conversion assets for offers you are authorised to sell. You are responsible for the accuracy of every claim you publish.
Subscriptions, payment authorization and renewal
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the price shown at checkout at the start of each billing period. Plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Each plan has its own limits for conversion systems, brand kits, contacts and AI credits.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing without contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep access until then, and no further renewal charges are made.
Refunds, billing errors and AI credits
Subscription payments are generally final and nonrefundable once processed, except where applicable law requires a refund or where we expressly approve an exception. There are no automatic prorated refunds for unused time, unused AI credits, changes of mind or not using the platform. We correct billing errors, duplicate charges and unauthorized charges. AI credits are a usage allowance with no cash value. Nothing here limits your legal rights to cancel or dispute a charge. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
One-time purchases, currency and your agreement
AI credit packs, templates and courses are one-time digital purchases. They are delivered instantly and are nonrefundable once processed, except for billing errors, duplicate or unauthorized charges, failed delivery and refunds the law requires. Prices are set in US dollars; Stripe may show and charge a local-currency amount at its own conversion rate, plus any tax for your location, and the amount shown in the payment form is what you pay. Before any payment form opens you must tick a box accepting these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy; we keep a record of the policy versions, the time, your account and the checkout for billing and dispute purposes.
Payment processing and payment support
Checkout is processed by Stripe and sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which handles transaction support, receipts, fraud screening and disputes. For any question about a charge, receipt, refund or dispute, contact Stripe's Link support at support.link.com (click Contact support).
Your responsibilities
Keep your payment details current, keep your login secure, and cancel before renewal if you no longer want the service.
No results guarantee
Nothing on this site or inside the platform is a promise of sales, income or results. What you earn depends on your offer, your audience and your own work.
AI-generated content
AI outputs are drafts and strategic assessments, not guarantees of performance or objective measurements. You own the content generated in your workspace and you must review it before publishing.
Acceptable use
No unlawful offers, deceptive claims, unsolicited messaging, or content that violates the rights of others.
Third-party integrations
Payments, email sending, webinars, calendars and tracking rely on providers you connect. Their own terms apply to their services.
Liability and disputes
Our liability is limited, and disputes are handled under the governing law, arbitration and class-action terms set out in the full agreement.
Termination
You may cancel at any time and export your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
