Information we collect
Account details, workspace and brand information, offer profiles, generated assets, contact records you create, and usage data needed to operate the platform.
How we use information
To provide the platform, generate assets from your approved Conversion DNA, measure usage against plan limits, provide support, and secure the service.
AI processing
Content you submit to generation features is processed by AI providers to produce assets in your workspace. Generated output belongs to you.
Contacts and marketing consent
Contact records you store include marketing-consent fields. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you add.
Data storage and security
Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security so records are only reachable by workspaces you own or belong to.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember which workspace you are working in, and keep referral credit attached to the right affiliate for 60 days. We also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta advertising pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure which ads bring people here. We do not sell your personal information.
Your cookie choices and consent mode
We run Google Consent Mode. If you are in the UK or EEA, analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off until you accept them on the banner, and the Microsoft Clarity and Meta tags are not loaded at all until then; choosing Reject keeps them off and the site still works normally. Elsewhere these measurement cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time using your browser controls or an opt-out extension.
Companies that process data for us
We rely on a short list of service providers to run the platform: our hosting and database provider, our AI model provider, Stripe for payments and affiliate payouts, and our email delivery provider. Each one only receives the data needed to do its job, and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep information
Workspace content is kept for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your workspace records, and we keep only the payment and tax records we are legally required to retain.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time from inside the app and you can request account deletion. Deletion runs through an explicit confirmation flow and removes workspace records. If you are in the UK, EU or California you can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it.
Children
OfferConverter AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you by email.
