Agency Partnership Terms
Effective 11 October 2026 (version 2026-10). These terms add to the Affiliate Program Terms, which also apply.
1. Registration and approval
Agencies apply on the Agency Partners page, using an enrollment code where one is provided. Every application is reviewed and approved, paused, suspended or rejected by OfferConverter AI. Links and the agency dashboard switch on automatically once an application is approved.
2. Your two links
An approved agency receives a direct customer referral link and a separate creator recruitment link. Customers who sign up through the direct link are the agency's direct customers. Creators who join through the recruitment link become part of the agency's team.
3. Commission allocation
On qualifying net collected subscription revenue: direct agency customers earn the agency 40%, with no creator share. Customers referred by a team creator earn the creator 20% and the agency an additional 20%. Standard affiliates outside an agency earn 20%. No single payment ever pays more than 40% in total. Commissions are recurring for as long as the customer keeps paying, with no 12-month cap.
4. Historical attribution
Each customer's agency is fixed at the moment they are referred. If a creator moves to another agency or leaves, customers they already referred stay with the original agency. The new agency earns only on customers referred after the move.
5. Payout eligibility
Commissions are held for 30 days, then paid automatically in a weekly run through Stripe Connect once your approved balance reaches $50 and your Stripe account is verified and not restricted. Payouts are only sent from fully settled funds above a safety reserve; if funds are not yet available, the payout is delayed to a later run, not cancelled. 6. Refunds, disputes and adjustments
Commissions on payments that are refunded, disputed or charged back are reversed. Commissions already paid are deducted from future commissions or, where Stripe allows, reversed from your connected account.
7. Suspension and termination
OfferConverter AI may pause, suspend or end an agency partnership for breach of these terms, fraud, misleading promotion or abuse, and may hold payouts during an investigation. Either side may end the partnership at any time.
8. No guaranteed earnings
Earnings depend entirely on real paying customers. Nothing about the program is a promise of income.
