Question 1

What is OfferConverter AI?

Accepted Answer

It builds everything you need to sell your offer — webinar script, slides, funnel pages, emails and ads — all written from one master plan called your Conversion DNA, so every piece says the same thing.

Question 2

What is a Conversion System?

Accepted Answer

A Conversion System is one offer plus everything built to sell it. If you sell two different offers, you make two Conversion Systems.

Question 3

How do I build my first system?

Accepted Answer

Click New Conversion System, fill in the 4 basics, then answer all the Offer Profiler questions. Answering questions is always free. After that you create your Readiness Score, your Conversion DNA, and then your assets. The gold "Your next step" box on every page always tells you what to do next.

Question 4

Do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. Every new account gets 5 free credits with no card.

Question 5

What uses a credit?

Accepted Answer

Only AI work uses credits: a Readiness Report is 1, a Conversion DNA blueprint is 3, each asset generation is 1, and each question you type to the AI assistant is 1. Answering setup questions, editing, exporting and publishing are free.

Question 6

What happens when my credits run out?

Accepted Answer

You will be asked to pick a plan. Your saved work stays safe — nothing is deleted.

Question 7

If an AI action fails, do I lose the credit?

Accepted Answer

No. If a generation fails, the credit is given back automatically.

Question 8

What plans are there?

Accepted Answer

Converter Starter is $49/month with 50 credits, Converter Pro is $149/month with 150 credits, and Converter Agency is $399/month with 500 credits. You can see everything on the Pricing page.

Question 9

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Go to Billing inside the app and open the billing portal. There you can upgrade, downgrade, update your card or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Question 10

Which countries can I use this from?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere. Prices are in US dollars, and any local tax is shown at checkout based on where you are.

Question 11

Where do I find my receipts?

Accepted Answer

Receipts are emailed after each payment, and every past invoice is in the billing portal under Billing.

Question 12

Why would I connect my Stripe account?

Accepted Answer

So the Optimize page can fill in your real sales numbers for you instead of you typing them. It only reads your data — it can never charge, refund or change anything.

Question 13

What kind of Stripe key do I paste?

Accepted Answer

A restricted key (it starts with rk_) with read-only access. The connection page shows exactly which boxes to tick. Your key is encrypted and never shown again.

Question 14

What does connecting Meta Ads do?

Accepted Answer

It brings in your ad spend, clicks and results each day so you can see which ads are working. It is read-only — it can't change or pause your ads.

Question 15

How do I become an affiliate?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Affiliates page and click Join the program. After you sign up, your dashboard opens with your personal link ready to copy.

Question 16

How much do I earn and when do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

You earn 20% of every payment from people you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed. Each commission is held for 30 days, then paid once your balance reaches $50, through Stripe.

Question 17

How long does my referral link track someone?

Accepted Answer

60 days from their click. If they sign up within that time, they count as your referral.

Question 18

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login page, click Forgot password and enter your email. You will get a link to set a new one.
