You may request deletion of your OfferConverter AI account and the personal data associated with it.
How to make a request
Send your request through our contact page. Write "Data Deletion Request" at the start of your message. We will reply by email.
What to include
So we can find your account, include your full name and the email address you use to sign in to OfferConverter AI. Send the request from that same email address. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email before acting on it.
How requests are handled
Deletion requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
Information we may need to keep
Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, security or recordkeeping obligations.
