Webinar Revenue Calculator
A free webinar revenue calculator that turns registrants, show-up rate, offer price and close rate into a real revenue number — in seconds.
Before you spend another dollar promoting a webinar, it helps to know what the numbers actually say. This webinar revenue calculator does the math for you: type in how many people register, what share of them show up live, what you're charging, and what percentage typically buy. You'll instantly see live attendees, buyers, total revenue and revenue per registrant — the single number that tells you what each registrant is worth.

How to use this
Start with registrants you expect (or already have) from your promotion plan. Use your real show-up rate if you have one from a past webinar; otherwise 30-35% is a reasonable starting estimate for cold-to-warm traffic. Enter your offer price exactly as presented on the pitch, then use a close rate you can defend — 5-10% is typical for most webinar offers, higher for lower prices, lower for high-ticket. Once revenue per registrant is higher than what you pay to get one registrant (through ads, email, or partners), the webinar is profitable.
Frequently asked questions
What show-up rate should I use?
Live webinars typically see 20-40% of registrants actually attend live. Cold traffic tends to sit lower, warm email lists and retargeted audiences sit higher. If you've run webinars before, use your own average instead of a guess.
What close rate is realistic for a webinar offer?
A well-run webinar with a clear offer and strong pitch often converts 5-15% of live attendees. Lower-priced offers tend to close higher, high-ticket offers close lower but at bigger dollar amounts. Your list's warmth matters more than the number itself.
Does this include replay or evergreen viewers?
No. This calculator only models one live session's registrants, attendees and buyers. If you also sell through a replay or evergreen funnel, run those numbers separately since their show-up and close rates usually differ.
Why is revenue-per-registrant a useful number?
It tells you exactly what one registrant is worth to your business, which is the number you compare against what you're paying to generate that registrant through ads, email or partnerships. If revenue-per-registrant is higher than your cost-per-registrant, the math works.
